HOLE 1

HOLE 01/10

Stroke 13/12

This opening par 4 plays 374 meters from the white tees and 330 meters from the red tees, setting the tone for a rewarding round. With a gentle dogleg and bushveld terrain framing the fairway, players are challenged to make an accurate tee shot to set up a clean approach. The Bentgrass green is protected by subtle undulations and natural hazards, requiring a steady hand to walk away with par. As Hole 10 on the back nine, it reintroduces players to the course with the same strategic demand.

HOLE 02/11

Stroke 11/14

Stretching 360 meters from the white tees and 310 meters from the red, this par 4 is a classic risk-and-reward hole. A gentle dogleg left tests golfers' positioning, with bunkers awaiting misplaced drives. The Cynodon fairway leads to a firm but fair Bentgrass green, where an accurate second shot is key. As Hole 11, this section rewards players who have mastered their pace and control.

HOLE 2
HOLE 3

HOLE 03/12

Stroke 03/04

At 188 meters from the white tees and 152 meters from the red, this par 3 is as scenic as it is challenging. A well-placed tee shot is essential to find the narrow green, flanked by bunkers and surrounded by bushveld views. The elevated green and swirling breezes call for precision and confidence with your mid-iron or hybrid.

HOLE 04/13

Stroke 15/18

This par 5 spans 495 meters from the white tees and 428 meters from the red, offering a long, strategic play through a scenic stretch of the course. Generous off the tee but narrowing near the green, this hole brings both the Rooikuil stream and fairway bunkers into play. It's a true three-shot hole for most, where course management is essential to scoring well.

HOLE 4
HOLE 5

HOLE 05/14

Stroke 01/02

Known as the toughest hole on the course, this par 4 runs 390 meters from the white tees and 320 meters from the red. A tight fairway bordered by thick bushveld challenges every drive, and the slightly elevated green demands a confident long-iron or fairway wood. It’s a stroke index 1 hole for good reason—survive it, and you’ll feel like a pro.

HOLE 06/15

Stroke 09/10

This short par 4 plays 320 meters from the white tees and 286 meters from the red. It’s a hole that invites aggressive play off the tee, with a wide Cynodon fairway leading into a receptive green. Those who play smart here can set up a great birdie opportunity, while mishits can lead to tricky up-and-downs.

HOLE 6
HOLE 7

HOLE 07/16

Stroke 07/08

A beautiful yet nerve-testing par 3, this hole plays 127 meters from the white tees and just 104 meters from the red. The green is fronted by a water hazard and flanked by bunkers, making club choice and precision paramount. As one of the most picturesque holes on the course, it perfectly captures the essence of Thabazimbi’s bushveld charm.

HOLE 08/17

Stroke 05/06

This challenging par 4 measures 390 meters from the white tees and 310 meters from the red. A slight dogleg with tight fairways lined by indigenous bush demands a solid, accurate drive. The elevated green is well-protected, making it one of the more demanding approach shots on the course.

HOLE 8
HOLE 9

HOLE 09/18

Stroke 17/16

Closing out the front and back nine, this par 5 is a favorite among players looking to finish strong. At 460 meters from the white tees and 374 meters from the red, it offers a wide landing area off the tee. Longer hitters may attempt to reach the green in two, but the well-guarded Bentgrass putting surface makes precision the real key to walking away with birdie.
